This Privacy Policy explains how the Lumindra mobile app ("Lumindra", "we", "us") handles your information. By using Lumindra you agree to the practices described here.

Lumindra does not require an account. You don't sign up or log in, and we don't collect your name, email address, or other contact information. Your activity in the app stays on your device.

Information we collect

• On-device activity. Your session history, session settings, mind points, streaks, unlocked items, and reminder preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or keep this information on our servers.
• Subscription information. If you purchase Lumindra Premium, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status (active, trial, expired) tied to an anonymous identifier — never your name or full payment card details.
• Device & technical data. Limited technical information (such as app version and platform) needed to operate the app. Audio soundscapes you download are cached locally on your device.

How we use your information

• To provide the app's features on your device.
• To deliver, restore, and manage your subscription.
• To send session reminders you have opted into (handled on your device).
• To maintain, secure, and improve the app.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and Lumindra does not show ads. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the app:

• Supabase — hosts our audio soundscapes and the serverless functions that deliver them.
• RevenueCat — subscription management (using an anonymous identifier).
• Apple & Google — payment and subscription processing.
• Expo (EAS) — app builds and updates.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Data retention

Your progress and preferences live on your device, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes them. Subscription records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat in accordance with their own policies.

Your choices

• Your data stays with you. Because your activity is stored on your device, you can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app.
• Reminders. You can turn session reminders on or off in the app's settings.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Since we don't hold personal data about you on our servers, most requests are satisfied on-device — contact us with any questions.

Children's privacy

Lumindra is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect the limited information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard it.

International users

The audio and services we host may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.
